You are allowed to take things out of the packaging.
Just make sure everything looks new and not second hand, or it will be taken out of the box.
Often places do not have the means to dispose of all the garbage.
And it allows you to put more items in your box!
In many countries, playing cards are seen as related to gambling, which reflects poorly on our church partners, so we do not allow playing cards. But other card games that are not traditional “gambling” cards, such as Uno are allowed.
