Looney Tunes 10-14 Boys Box

Michaels was clearing out Looney Tunes paper, stickers, pens, erasers, pencils at 80% off.  So this boy will get to enjoy it.  I also added a chess game, geometry set, pencil case.wash cloth, notebook, candy, soap, toothbrush, ball, sissor, car and shirt.

Michaels has 70% off Valentine's Day goodies

This weekend we went into the city.  And was happy to have some time at Michaels.  I didn't find too much.  But all their Valentine's goodies were 70% off.  So I found a few things.  The rubber ducks were .45 cents for a package of 2.  And the cute notepads were .45 cents each.  I also picked up a few pieces of felt.  Since they are cheaper than where I live.  They were .49 cents each.  And I loved all the colors.

Footwear

I've seen this picture a few times.

I think it's a Samaritan's Purse photo.

The photo really gripped me.

At first glance it looks like the heels of the flip flops are covered in dirt.

But they're not.  They are completely gone.

And they're held together with rubber bands.

I imagine this is the persons only source of footwear.

No going to closet, deciding which shoes will match their outfit today.

Instead they'd be wishing hoping and possibly praying for new flip flops.

Why not add a pair of flip flops or shoes to your box.

Flip-flops are on sale everywhere right now.

I know Michaels had great deals, not sure if they have any left.

I've also seen runners on clearance.

Giant Tiger had some great deals on runners.

Remember most of these children walk everywhere.

And as the story below states, often too expensive for their parents to purchase.
